For commercial customers, we will issue a monthly invoice for all services undertaken, Payment can then be made by BACS.

For residential customers, we will issue an invoice upon completion of the service which can then be paid via BACS.

Non-acceptable waste types include but are not limited to: Asbestos, liquids, tyres, hazardous substances, fluorescent tubes, gas bottles, oils and fats, clinical waste, batteries.

Yes please. To aid in keeping the container clean and to minimise spillages, please bag all waste (excluding large cardboard boxes) before placing it in your container.

Our bag service is ideal for light materials e.g office/retail waste including small amounts of food waste.  Please note there is a 6KG weight limit on our bags and excessively heavy bags will not be collected.

Our recycling bag service can be used for either dry mixed recycling consisting of paper, cardboard, plastic and tins/cans or mixed colour glass bottles and jars. Please do not mix these waste streams as this will result in your bags not being collected.

In most circumstance we will collect your container from a designated point on your site and return it once emptied. However if your container is inaccessible at certain times e.g. early in the morning, then we would request that it be presented outside your site for us to collect.
